winner will be announced on this website, and will also
be contacted individually for payment details. The
official time of this auction follows the time of the Hong
Kong Observatory Network Time Service.

| PADI
Open Water Certification Course Terms and Restrictions: |
| a. |
The
voucher will be sent to the highest bidder who must
register his/her name, contact address, phone number
and email address with the UTAA (HK) Office at ask@utoronto.com.hk
within one week after the end of the auction or the
voucher will be forfeited. |
| b. |
The
voucher expires on Dec 31, 2010, therefore the participant
must sign up with Mandarin Divers before the aforementioned
date. Once signed up, the course is not transferable. |
| c. |
The
participant is required to sign all the mandatory medical
and liability documents before he/she starts the course. |
| d. |
All
course materials and equipments required over the period
of the course are free of charge, providing the participant
successfully completes the course requirements and meets
the standards. |
| e. |
Upon
successful completion of the course, the participant
will be issued a PADI open water diver certificate. |
