Alumni from across Asia turned out in force this summer to welcome members of the class of 2013 at Next Stop U of T – an annual send-off for new students held in several major centres across Asia. Graduates answer questions from students and parents, and pass on personal experiences and locally-relevant advice on how to thrive at U of T. Topics run from time management strategies to winter survival tips (in tropical Singapore, instruction is given on the relative merits of gloves vs mitts and the most effective method to tie a scarf). More than 200 new students, current students, alumni,parents and guests attended this event..
