• One page personal statement about why you would like to study at the University of Toronto and your goals;
• Three letters of reference (including at least one from a teacher or a principal);
• Certified academic transcripts since Form 1, and predicted final marks from your school;
• A brief resume of extracurricular activities and employment, if applicable;
• Two recent passport photographs;
• An explanation of the family's financial situation, including total monthly income with supporting documents from the Hong Kong Inland Revenue or a local bank account;
• An English proficiency examination score (e.g. TOEFL) is recommended;
• A copy of your HK ID card.
