By submitting this on-line form, I certify that all information included with this application is correct. I also understand that this application will only be considered complete once I have submitted the following items to the University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation Office:

  • A completed U of T (HK) Scholarship application form including:
    • One page personal statement about why you would like to study at the University of Toronto and your goals
    • Family financial budget and statement, including total monthly income with supporting documents from the Hong Kong Inland Revenue or a local bank account;
    • U of T/OUAC application number (http://www.ouac.on.ca/ouac-105/)
    • A brief resume of extracurricular activities and employment, if applicable;
  • Three letters of reference (including at least one from a teacher or a principal);
  • A certified copy of academic transcripts from F1.to F.6 (or equivalent)
  • A certified copy of HKDSE predicted grade (or equivalent);
  • A digital copy of passport photograph;
  • proficiency examination score (e.g. TOEFL, IELTS) is required;
  • A copy of your HK ID card.
