U of T Hong Kong Scholarships: Putting a World-Class Education Within Reach

The University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation can put a world-class overseas education within your reach. Since 1995, over seventy Hong Kong students have received scholarship assistance to pursue their undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto, Canada's leading research university.

The prestigious University of Toronto Hong Kong Scholarships are among the largest undergraduate scholarships offered at the University of Toronto, ranging from C$13,000 to $55,000 per year, and have been created through the generosity of alumni and friends living in Hong Kong. Scholarships are awarded to excellent students who want to study overseas, but do not have the family financial resources to do so.

Application is simple, and starts with an online form. Submitting your application to the University of Toronto Hong Kong Scholarships makes you eligible for:

  • The University of Toronto (Hong Kong) Foundation Scholarship (one award each year)
  • Cheng & William Doo Scholarship (one award each year)
  • Fung Yiu King Memorial Scholarship (one award each year)
  • Lo Family Scholarship (one award, offered every four years)

Successful applicants automatically gain admission to the program of their choice at the University of Toronto.

Please read through this website to learn if the University of Toronto Hong Kong Scholarships are right for you. If you have any questions, please contact the staff of the University of Toronto Asia-Pacific Advancement Office in Hong Kong, who can answer your questions in English or Cantonese.
